The Oxford and the Merriam-Webster Dictionaries define "To Conquer". 1- To Subjugate= To gain by force of arms. 2- To Vanquish (to overcome by force of arms). 3- To surmount (to overcome by mental and moral power).
Psalms 144: 1 "Praise be to the Lord my Rock, who trains my hands for war, my fingers for battle". Isaiah 41:10: "Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you; I will surely help you; I will uphold you with My righteous right hand". Jesus says that those who "conquer" will be granted to eat from the tree of life in the paradise of God. In Rev 12, Michael and his Angel cast out Satan from heaven.
We are put on earth to cast out Satan and conquer the hearts of the sinners for Jesus. You can be saved, but if you don't conquer, you will only make it to heaven, but you may never eat from the tree of life. God gave Jesus. Jesus nailed on the cross the flesh, sins and death.
